My name is Travis and I am a 31 year-old father with an amazing wife and a cute dog!

For my work I provide technical support for point of sales systems, but my role is to exclusively call out to the customers who are upset to the point they probably would consider canceling the software.

I would say it is not a glamorous job, and it doesn't pay very well, but I am very lucky I have funny coworkers to help keep me sane.

Because I spend all day in front of a computer, I try to have hobbies that are more physical!

My wife and I converted a Ram Promaster into a campervan, and when my lack of construction knowledge started to show, we decided to insted tow a small travel tralier with the same van lol.
We traveled all across the East Coast and the MidWest, and had a great time with our pup! My wife's favorite places were Williamsburg, VA for the historical re-enactments and shows, Newport, RI for the beautiful mansions and clifs, and Glacier National Park in Montana for the unreal scale of nature there. I really liked going to Upper Michigan the most because the great lakes are beautiful and we had a great time going to wineries and hiking there.

I also really like to build! I have gotten much better since the van, and I am currently converting the upper floor of my grandparents garage into an apartment for us to live in and save up for a house (if such a feat is even possible.)

Besides building physically, I also like making things digitally! I want to program tools that will destroy the greed found in many businesses, as I think this is probably all I can do to fight against mega-corp consolidation.

I have a deep distrust of technology and I enjoy taking photos and recording video with 35mm film and a mini-VHS camcorder! I also like converting music playlists into audio casette tapes and making my own cover art for them.

That pretty much sums me up in all I want to say on this website! Anything else I care to add I'll just do it in the blog section. Thanks!
